I’m a consultant, strategist, and educator with over 20 years of experience leading projects across IT, academia, and international development.
My work blends human-centered approaches with emerging technologies to help institutions build capacity, manage knowledge, and navigate complexity. I've collaborated with academic institutions, public sector teams, and international organizations across Latin America, the Caribbean, the US and Europe.
Since 2012, I’ve focused on designing learning strategies, knowledge systems, and evaluation frameworks that move beyond training and into practice.
